Mrs. Myers, age 87 died on Saturday October 03, 2015 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital of Heart Failure

She was born on June 15, 1928 to the late Alva and Cornelia Flake Kennedy in Neshoba County MS and resided in the Greenwood area most of her life. Mrs. Myers retired from the Greenwood Public School System after 22 years of service. She was a member of the North Carrollton Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for a number of years. She is preceded in death by her husband Robbie Jim Myers Sr., 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.

She is survived by Son, Robbie Jim Myers Jr. of Carrollton, MS, two Daughters, Amy Myers Holly of Carrollton, MS, and Connie Myers Holly of Carrollton, MS. Sister, Faye Roberson of Mount Olive, MS, two Brothers, Guy Kennedy of Sebastopol, MS, and John F. Kennedy of South Carolina, eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday October 08, 2015 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at North Carrollton Baptist Church in North Carrollton. Rev. Howard Beam will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Brian Randall, Morgan Tucker, Jon Tucker, Peyton Holly, Chris Holly, and Rusty Holly. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
