Trenda Smith Blount, 68, of Carrollton, MS, died Thursday, August 27, 2026, at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock, AR. Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 30, 2026, in Malmaison Baptist Church Cemetery with visitation 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Williams & Lord Funeral Home. Rev. Andy Gentry will officiate.

Trenda was born October 26, 1957, in Illinois, to Virgil Smith and Shirley Ann Duncan. She was a member of Malmaison Baptist Church. She worked for many years at Irvin Automotive and enjoyed fishing and shopping. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Blount; granddaughter, Hannah Blount; brother, Larry Smith, Sr; and her parents.

She is survived by her son, William “Brad” Blount and wife Denise of Carrollton, MS, daughters, Stacey Benham of Conway, AR, and Candice Cresswell of Conway, AR, brother Frankie Smith of Mena, AR, sister, Vickie Robbins and husband Steve of Mena, AR, brother, Billy Smith of Mena, AR, sister Penny Hodgkins and husband Jim of Ringold, GA, and brother, Tim Smith of Eudora, AR, and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Fisk, Nathan Fisk, Nick Blount, Keith Blount, Michael Badome, and Kris Upchurch. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Cresswell and Will Burnett.
