Services for Teresa Evans Kent will be held Monday, October 10, 2022 11:00 AM  graveside in Teoc Presbyterian Cemetery in Carroll County, MS.

Mrs. Kent, age 63, died on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at her residence in Greenwood.

She was born on November 27, 1958 in Oxford, MS, to the late Garvis Evans, Sr. and Monteale Hocutt Evans. She was a graduate of Greenwood High School and retired from National Picture Frame. She enjoyed nursing her flowers and raising her children. She was a member of Valley Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Kent of Greenwood, MS; daughter, Kimberly Rokasky of Greenwood, MS; son, Jonathan Kent of Greenwood, MS; brother, Garvis Evans, Jr. of Greenwood, MS; five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Williams & Lord Funeral Home in Greenwood. Rev. Joe Brown and Rev. Gene Richards will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Bubba Ventura, Ronnie Vanlandingham, Jonathan Kent, Tyler Kent, Troy Motsinger, and Daryl Rokasky. Honorary Pallbearers will be David Browning and Rocky Sullivan. Burial will be in Teoc Presbyterian Cemetery.
