Private services for Teddy Franklin Wells will be held at a later date.

Mr. Wells, age 70, died on Friday, February 12, 2021 at his residence in Ruleville.

He was born on July 4, 1950 in Pontotoc, MS, to the late Marlow and Ethel Williams Wells. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Rea Myers Wells. Teddy enjoyed playing bingo, cards, board games and fishing. He was a fuel company manager and a veteran of the Marine Corps.

He is survived by his two sons, Jeff (Angie) Wells of Oxford, MS, Samuel Wells of Ruleville, MS, sister, Sheila Saxton of Oxford, MS, and a grandson, Benjamin Wells of Oxford, MS.
