Tandy Layne Vance , 71, of Carrollton, MS, died Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Cleveland Nursing and Rehab Center. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery in North Carrollton. Rev. Eddie Carpenter will officiate.

Tandy was born December 21, 1950 in Greenwood, MS, to Leonard Lance Vance and Daisy Lorraine Carpenter Vance. He loved his cows and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his sister, Vennie Vance Floyd, and his parents.

He is survived by his brother, Ben Vance of Jackson, MS; and his niece, Deborah Floyd "Dee Dee" Abell of Sarcoxie, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews.
