Shirley Louise Drennan, 73, of Gore Springs, MS, formerly of Greenwood, MS, died Friday, August 25, 2023 at her residence. There will be a private service at a later date.

Mrs. Drennan was born January 20, 1950 in Greenwood, MS, to Delma Morgan and Artie Bell Cook Morgan. She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family, working in the yard, and her crafts. She was preceded in death by her sons, Dennis Ray Phillips and Charles Phillips; brothers, Gary Morgan, Billy Morgan, Jimmy Morgan, Delma Morgan, Dake Morgan, and Lloyd Morgan; and her parents.

She is survived by her daughters, Melinda Melton and husband Allen of Gore Springs, MS, and Jewel Medders of Gore Springs, MS; sister, Vickie Johnson of Gore Springs, MS; five grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.
