Ruth B. Logan, 63, of Eupora, MS, died Thursday, March 20, 2025 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 2:30 PM in New Hope Cemetery in Carroll County, MS. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM till 2:00 PM Wednesday at Williams and Lord Funeral Home in Greenwood, MS.  Rev. Hugh Bland will officiate the services.

Ruth was born May 6, 1961 in Columbus, MS, to the late Frank Bollis and Bettie Bollis. She worked as a waitress at the Cotton Patch and Ramada Inn Lounge. In her teenage years she loved her blue mustang and having fun with her friends. As an adult, she enjoyed spending time with her children and was known as Mama Ruth to all of their friends, but her favorite part about life was when she became "Granny." Ruth lived each day for her grandchildren and the love she showed them will forever remain in their hearts. She spent a lot of time taking care of her parents in their old age, something Ruth considered a gift. She also enjoyed gardening and taking care of her little dogs.

She is survived by her children, Joseph Bryan Bollis, John Eric Logan, and Bishop Liddell Logan Jr. (Jodie Logan); grandchildren, Rebecca Bollis, Shelby Parker (Katie Parker), Emily Pridgen (Robert Pridgen), Dakota Bollis, Harper Bollis, Ericka Logan, Bishop Logan III, John Real Jr., Alissa Logan, Alysia Danos, Jackson Logan, Emma Compton, Allen Davis Jr., Christopher Moore, Melanie Davis and Sandra McDaniel; and a host of great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Allen Davis, Jr., Dakota Bollis, Bishop Logan, III, John Real Jr., Christopher Moore, and Shelby Parker.

Williams and Lord Funeral Home is in charge.
