Royce "Snuffy" Carlton McKay II, 51, of Coila, MS, passed away Friday, July 17, 2020 at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Hill View Stone Cemetery in Carroll County, MS. Rev. David Bartlett and Rev. Dennis McKay will officiate.

He was born January 29, 1969 in Greenwood, MS, to Doyle Ray McKay, Sr. and Mollye Vance. He was a member of Hill View Baptist Church. He was a tractor mechanic and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, as well as hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, Doyle Ray McKay, Sr. and his grandmother, Mattie McKay.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Fendley McKay of Coila, MS; sons, Jonathan McKay and wife Blair of Vaiden, MS, and Jacob McKay of Batesville, MS; daughter, Laney McKay Wilson and husband Devon of Batesville, MS; brother, Doyle "Sammy" McKay of Kosciusko, MS; mother,  Mollye Vance of Tennessee; and four grandchildren, Laila McKay, Barrett McKay, Jack McKay, and Cullen McKay.

Pallbearers will be Chris Denley, Aubrey Shaw, Jr., Kenny Jones, Tim McKay, Jeff Reeves, Kevin Avant, and Preston Holly.
