Ronald David Clark, age 62, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at his home in Grenada County.  David was born in Greenwood, MS on August 22, 1959 to David Horace Clark and Mildred Lorea Adcock Clark. He attended Greenwood Public Schools and graduated from Greenwood High in 1978. David moved to California shortly after graduation and worked there for several years before returning to Greenwood.  While in Greenwood, he worked for Ferguson Brothers, eventually moving to Lafayette, LA.  While in Lafayette, he was employed twenty years cumulatively as a machinist for Louisiana Valve.  He also was employed with Louisiana Safety Systems for five years before returning to the Greenwood area.

David enjoyed hunting and any activity around water.  He was a momma's boy at heart and it gives us great peace knowing he is walking with his Momma and Aunt Pete (Virginia Clark).

He is preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Adcock Clark.  He is survived by his father, David Horace Clark of Greenwood, MS; companion, Nicole Begnaud; daughters, Marisa Clark of Hawaii and Bella Clark of Holcomb, MS; brother, Roy Keith Clark of Greenwood, MS; sisters, Anna Clark Thornton of Laurel, MS, and Tracy Clark Pickett of Oxford, MS, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 16th, at 10:00 a.m. in Grenada County on family land located off Hwy 7 in the community of Leflore.
