Services for Pattie Laine Sykes will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 2:00 PM at Williams and Lord Funeral Home in Greenwood.

Mrs. Sykes, age 56, died on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Riverview Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born on May 20, 1967 in Greenwood, MS, to Charles Winters and Joy Gilder Winters. She lived in the Greenwood area most of her life and was a member of New Shiloh Baptist Church. She was a beloved sister, daughter and a great pianist

She is survived by her husband, Robert Sykes; parents, Charles and Joy Winters of Greenwood, MS; sisters, Christie Winters of Greenwood, MS, Jeannie (Jacob) Walters of Soso, MS, and Jamie Knight of Greenwood, MS; step-son, Zach Sykes of Hattiesburg, MS; mother in law, Bernadine Sykes of Hattiesburg, MS; two nieces, two nephews, and one great niece.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Rev. Roy Bush will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Jacob Walters, Caleb Walters, Charlie Walters, Lincoln Brent, and Matt Swindle. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Moseley, Larry Baker, and Dr. Michael Boler. Burial will be in New Shiloh Cemetery in Carroll County.
