Patricia Ann Minga , 66, of Carrollton, MS, died Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Winona Manor Nursing Home. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Sunday in Malmaison Baptist Church Cemetery in Carroll County. Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Williams & Lord Funeral Home. MS. Rev. Eddie Carpenter will officiate.

She was born February 11, 1956 to Edward Bailey and Louise Kitchens Bailey. She was a resident of Carroll County most of her life. She attended Malmaison Baptist Church and had been a resident of Winona Manor since 2013. She was active in church activities and loved to sew. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Minga, Jr. and her parents.

She is survived by her daughters, Eleanor Woods of Indianola, MS, and April Ray of Greenville, MS; her son, Jonathan Minga of Duck Hill, MS; four brothers, Edward Donald Bailey, Jr.  of  Carroll County, MS, Bill Bailey of Duck Hill, MS, Terry Bailey of Carroll County, MS, and Thomas Bailey of Greenwood, MS; sisters, Martha Mitchell of Grenada, MS, and Donna Goss of Duck Hill, MS; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Williams & Lord Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
