Nora Mae Haddon , 87, of Greenwood, MS, passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital of heart failure.  Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Williams & Lord Funeral Home. Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Rev. Lanny Haley will officiate.

She was born November 17, 1930 in Drew, MS, to the late Calup B. Bright and Janette Gardner Bright. She retired from Greenwood Leflore Hospital where she worked as a switch board operator. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She loved Christmas, which was her favorite time of the year, and she loved cooking for her family.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis Haddon and wife Donna of Carrollton, MS, and Mike Haddon of Greenwood, MS, daughter, Janette Rayburn of Greenwood, MS, six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Joe Hill, Jordan Daves, Bill Ventura, Justin Hardy, Jo Jo Watson, and Park Haddon. Honorary pallbearers will be Eric Haddon, Dustin Haddon, Donald Arnold, and Robert Haddon.
