Nora Ruth Walls Gregg , 78, of Carrollton, MS, died Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at her home. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Itta Bena Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 p.m. to 1:30p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Williams & Lord Funeral Home. Bro. David Walls will officiate.

Mrs. Gregg was born on January 10, 1940 in Lynn, MS, to Mr. and Mrs. Ezard Walls. In her later years, she married the love of her life and best friend. She enjoyed shopping, painting, and spending time with her family and two dogs, Sugar and Splenda. She loved to talk to all of her siblings, whether through Facebook or talking on the phone. Holidays and family gatherings were her favorites.

She is survived by her husband, Billy H. Gregg Sr. of Carrollton, MS; sons, Billy H. Gregg Jr. (Ginger) of Carrollton, MS, and Ricky Gregg (Martha) of Greenwood, MS;  daughter, Suzanne Gregg Brasel (Ray) of Itta Bena, MS; six grandchildren, Jennifer Nicole Gregg (JJ) of Blackhawk, MS, Mindy Brasel Belk (Eli) of Boyle, MS, Johnny Ray Brasel (Haley) of Greenwood, MS, Matthew Thomas Gregg (Meghan) of Greenwood, MS, Ashley Elizabeth Gregg of Jackson, MS, and Richard Albert Gregg Jr. (Amber) of Carrollton, MS; and four great- grandchildren, Skyler Kinsley Upchurch, Aiden Carter Lance, Camden Eli Belk, and Lori Marie Belk. She is also survived by a host of brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Ray Brasel Jr, Matthew Thomas Gregg, Richard Albert Gregg, Eli Belk, JJ Lance, and JD Brasel. Honorary pallbearers will be Camden Eli Belk and Aiden Carter Lance.
