Molly Harris Spruill
September 19, 1955 - July 15, 2016
Mrs. Spruill, age 60 died on Friday July 15, 2016 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital of heart failure. She was born on September 19, 1955 in Sunflower County, MS to the late Thomas and Mary Lou Brassfield Harris. Molly grew up in the Ruleville area and graduated Ruleville High School. In 1977 she married Farrell Spruill and they moved to the Schlater area. Molly worked at Ruleville manufacturing for a number of years. Upon Farrell's death she moved to Itta Bena. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren. She loved to play games, read, and was an all around joy to be around.
She is survived by one son, Buck (Kelly) Spruill of Greenwood, one daughter, Anita (Keith) Simmons of Itta Bena, one sister, Judy Pearson of Ruleville, two grandchildren Mari Wilson Spruill and Eli Thompson Simmons and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Farrell Spruill, and two brothers Johnny Harris and Tommy Harris.
