Mary Haddon Hicks , 72, of Greenwood, MS, died Thursday, November 21, 2019 at her residence. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, November 25, 2019 at Williams & Lord Funeral Home with visitation 12 p.m. until service time. Burial will be in Odd Fellows East Cemetery. Rev. Dennis McKay will officiate.

Mrs. Hicks was born in Stewart, MS, on May 2, 1947 to Joseph Edward Haddon and Mary Kate Orr Haddon. She worked at Irvin Automotive for over 20 years, and Viking Range Corporation. She attended Vine Life Fellowship Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching television. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Hicks, Sr., sisters, Shirley Sparks and Dorothy Winters, and her parents.

Mrs. Hicks is survived by her sons, Cliff Hicks, Jr. of Greenwood, MS, and Jerry Hicks and wife Jamie of Carrollton, MS; daughters, Amanda Hicks and husband William Hutchings of Carrollton, MS, and Lisa Beavers and husband Thomas of Greenwood, MS; brother, Joe Haddon of Big Creek, MS; sister, Linda Kuykendall of Duck Hill, MS; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Bowlin, Thomas Beavers, William Hutchings, James Blankenship, Dayton Harris, Logan Taylor, and Cody Pugh.
