Services for Mary Lee Gentry Schrock will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 12:00 PM in Greenwood, MS, at Williams and Lord Funeral Home. Mary Lee, 81, left her earthly home to be with our Lord on June 4, 2017 in Alexandria, LA, at St. Francis Hospital. She had a devout love for her Lord and Savior and was well loved by all that ever came in contact with her.
She was born on June 4, 1936 to the late Henry and Ruth James Tucker in Tippo, MS. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Levi Gentry Sr; parents; three sisters, Vonniece Pinion, Elizabeth Fillyaw, and Anna Mae Fillyaw.
She is survived by one sister, Frances Bufkin of Crystal Springs, MS; five children, Hamp Gentry and wife Gail of Springfield, MO, Beverly Gentry Bullard of Carrollton, MS, Johnny Gentry of Puckett, MS, Levi Gentry Jr. and wife Sheryl of Sparta, MO, and Debbie Gentry Irby and husband Karl of Pollock, LA; 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren, and countless nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Tucker Bullard, Wesley Gentry, Jimmy Lee Gentry, Tucker Gentry, Joey Swan, and great grandson, Brandon Wolf. Brother Laney Haley will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Itta Bena Cemetery in Itta Bena, MS Williams and Lord is in charge.
