Margaret Jenet Foster, 72, of Greenwood, MS, died Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Crystal Health & Rehab. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Williams & Lord Funeral Home with visitation from 10 a.m. until service time. Rev. Ken Salley will officiate.

Margaret was born July 1, 1953, in Chicago, Illinois, to Floyd Vernon Foster, Sr.  and Mamie Lois Hendon. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She retired from the Leflore County Civic Center as secretary. She enjoyed spending time with her pets and all animals. She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Danielle Clark; sister, Martha Miller; and brothers, George Foster and Floyd "Swat" Foster.

She is survived by her daughter, Gale Graham of Oxford, MS; son, Chris Ashby of Greenwood, MS; granddaughters, Aly Acy of Lyles, TN, and Gabby Ashby of Columbia, MS; grandsons, Jacob Acy of Lyles, TN, and Brent Clark of Greenwood, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews.
