Kenneth Edward Barry, 55, of Greenwood, MS, formerly of McCarley, MS, died Saturday, October 11, 2025, at his residence. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Barry Family Cemetery in McCarley, MS. Rev. Jessie Strider will officiate.

Kenneth was born July 13, 1970, in Greenwood, MS, to Donald Glynn Barry and Ellen Louise Minyard Barry. He was a graduate of Winona High School, received his associates degree from Northwest Community College, attended Mississippi Delta Community College, and obtained a bachelors degree from Delta State University in music.  He worked in Emergency Medical Services for over twenty years and was currently working for Pafford EMS Services. He was a member of North Carrollton Baptist Church. He enjoyed concerts, music festivals, hunting, and fishing. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jacob Kenneth Minyard, Mary Evelyn Minyard, Herman Edward "Ned" Barry, and Mable Lee Barry.

He is survived by his parents, Glynn Barry and Ellen Barry of McCarley, MS; sisters, Jackie Barry Mathis and husband J.J. of Walnut, MS, and Jamie Lynn Gatlin and husband Darrell of McCarley, MS; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be members of Pafford Medical Services.
