He was born on July 16, 1978, in Greenwood, MS, to Donald Hoover and the late Marguerite Mounger Hoover. He was a graduate in 1996 from Carroll Academy in Carrollton, MS. He was of the Episcopal faith and resided in Greenwood all of his life.
He is survived by his Father, Don Hoover of Greenwood, MS, a twin brother, Jonathan Hoover of Chicago, IL, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
