Memorial services for Jack Wilson will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 2:00 PM at Valley Hill Baptist Church in Greenwood, MS, with Bro. Everett Welch officiating.

Mr. Wilson, age 74, died on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at his residence in Greenwood.

He was born on August 11, 1949 in Greenwood, MS, to the late Jessie Wilson and Nettie Jones Wilson. He was a retired roofer. He is preceded in death by a son, Claxton Wade Wilson.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Bessie Wilson of Greenwood, MS; sons, Chad Wilson of Holcomb, MS, Jack Wilson, Jr. of Greenwood, MS, and Kevin (Faith) Wilson of Greenwood, MS; daughter, Jaclyn Proctor of Greenwood, MS; step-daughter, Ashley Wilson of Greenwood, MS; step-son, Wilson Horne of Detroit, MI; brother, Harold Wilson of GA; grandson, Jacob Wilson of Greenwood, MS; and number of other grandchildren.
