Obituary

Hazel Dean Lindsey Logan , 88, of Stewart, MS, died Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Winona Manor. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Williams & Lord Funeral Home with visitation 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery in Carroll County, MS. Rev. Eddie Carpenter will officiate.

Mrs. Logan was born February 9, 1933 in Swiftown, MS, to Marshall Lee Lindsey and Ollie Jessie Martin Lindsey. She was a member of Church of God in Isola. She worked as inspector for 25 years in manufacturing at Jockey, Inc. She enjoyed crafts and was a volunteer with the 4H. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Logan, daughter, Laura Logan, brother, Franz Lindsey, granddaughter, LaDonna Wright, and her parents.

She is survived by two daughters, Della Worbington of Stewart, MS, and Yvonne Roberts of Greenville, MS; son, John Logan of Stewart, MS; two sisters, Brent Moak of Byram, MS, and Shirley Wiggins of Greenwood, MS; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Williams & Lord Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
