Services for Freda Wiggins will be held Friday, November 24, 2017 11:00 AM at Malmaison Baptist Church in Carroll County.

Mrs. Wiggins, age 57, died on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 with her family by her side.

She was born on March 7, 1960 in Greenwood, MS, to Edwin and Sarah Ashmore Taylor. She grew up and attended high school in Jacksonville, FL. She returned to the Greenwood area and settled in the Teoc community. She loved to read, crochet, and was a wonderful conversationalist. She was an active member of Malmaison Baptist Church. She loved her family very much and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by a loving husband of 37 years, Mike Wiggins of Teoc, MS; her parents, Peck and Sarah Margaret Taylor of Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Kristi Wiggins of Teoc, MS; grandsons, Josh Wiggins of Teoc, MS, and Chris Miller of Teoc, MS; sisters, Cathy (Bobby) Forsyth of Jacksonville, FL, Bonnie (Terry) Murphy of Jacksonville, FL, and Penny (Mike) Bass of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Eddie (Glynis) Taylor of Teoc, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Malmaison Baptist Church. Rev Eddie Carpenter will officiate assisted by Bro. Laney Haley and Bro. Gary Tanner. Pallbearers will be Bubba Tanner, Lynn Haley, Sha Wiggins, Trey Taylor, Josh Wiggins, and Chris Miller. Burial will be in Malmaison Baptist Church Cemetery following the services.
