Ethel Fay Goodwin Woodall , 72, of Sidon, MS, died Friday, August 11, 2017 at Golden Age Nursing Home. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Abundant Life Pentecostal Church of God located at 1606 Leflore Avenue, Greenwood, MS. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time at the church. Rev. Larry Shackelford and Rev. James Woodall will officiate. Williams & Lord Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Woodall was born in Carroll County on February 9, 1945 to Cecil James Goodwin and Wilma Woods Goodwin. She retired after 20 years from Lazy Boy Manufacturing in Leland, MS. She resided in Greenwood most of her life. She was a member of Lighthouse Ministries and also attended Abundant Life Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Billy W. Woodall of Greenwood, MS; son, Rev. James Woodall and wife Leanne of Greenwood, MS; daughter, Tammy Hodges and husband James of Greenwood, MS; two sisters, Debbie Manuel of Winona, MS, and Helen Leach of Vaiden, MS; three brothers, Roy Briscoe of Vaiden, MS, Mac Hatchard of Batesville, MS, and George Powell of Vaiden, MS; four grandchildren, Kimberly Crouch and husband Cody, Cecil Hodges, Austin Woodall, and Shelbie Woodall, and two great-grandchildren, Trey Crouch and Kady Crouch.
