Elaine Minga, 76, of Carrollton died Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital of heart failure. Graveside services will be Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Mt.Pisgah Cemetery in Carroll County. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Williams & Lord Funeral Home. Rev. Eddie Carpenter will officiate.
She was born in Choctaw County on June 7, 1940 and lived most of her life in Carrollton, MS a member of Malmaison Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Earnest Wesley Minga, mother Vandora Wilson, step-mother Jency Carroll, father William Haze Kitchens, sisters Margie Dugger, Louise Bailey and Cathy Busby, brothers David Paul Kitchens, Ralph Kitchens, and Bobby Kitchens.

She is survived by her daughter Debbie Higginbotham of Carrollton, sons Wayne Minga of Carrollton and Robert Earl Minga of Carrollton, brothers Buddy Kitchens of Lancaster, South Carolina, and Jamie Kitchens of Stewart, MS, seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Terry Bailey, Frank Bowers, Bobby Kitchens, Sr. Bobby Kitchens, Jr., Tim Skelton, Brandon Daves, Ray Anthony, and Jason Beckum.
Williams & Lord Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
