David M. Dye, 65, of Drew, Mississippi, died Monday, August 17, 2026 at his residence. Services will be held at a later date.

Mr. Dye was born August 25, 1960, in Greenville, MS, to the late Walter Edward Dye and Mildred Stanton Dye. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired electrician. He enjoyed being outside working in his flower garden and loved his cat. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Polly Elaine Dye; and a brother, Stan Dye.

He is survived by his stepdaughter Michelle Gazaway (Wayne) of Crowder, MS, three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
