Services for Cynthia Brook Grant "Cindy" Sivley will be held Monday, November 4, 2019 11:00 AM graveside in Itta Bena Cemetery.

Mrs. Sivley, age 58, died on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Mississippi State Hospital in Whitfield, MS.
She was born on January 24, 1961 in Greenwood, MS, and resided in the Greenwood area all of her life. She attended Pillow Academy and was a member of First Baptist Church of Itta Bena. She was active in youth activities at church and was an avid softball player. While playing softball she won the State Championship, and played in the World Series in Texas, Florida, and Alabama. She is preceded in death by her father, Al Grant.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Brook Grant of Greenwood, MS; daughter, Brook (Shane) Sanders of Minter City, MS; son, Chris Sivley of Itta Bena, MS; brother, Mike (Betty) Grant of Oxford, MS; and four grandchildren, Shelby Sivley, Mason Sanders, Alex Sanders, and Logan Sanders.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2019 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Williams & Lord Funeral Home in Greenwood. Rev. Andrew Kappenman will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Jordan Slate, Heath Grant, Mason Sanders, Mike Grant, Lawson Tharpe, and Ben Pittman.
