Clarence Paul "C.P." Cabrol, Sr., 72, of Ruleville, MS, died Friday, January 1, 2021 at his residence. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Our Lady of Victories Church in Cleveland, MS, with burial following in Lehrton Cemetery. Father Kent Bowlds will officiate.

Mr. Cabrol was born December 13, 1948 in Abbeville, LA, to Felix Cabrol and Laura Richard Cabrol. He lived most of his life in the Ruleville area, was a retired cotton gin manager, and worked at West Helena Chemical when he passed. He also served as a volunteer fireman with the Ruleville Fire Department the past 51 years. He was a member of the Our Lady of the Victories Catholic Church in Cleveland, MS.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marilyn Mitchell Cabrol of Ruleville, MS; son, Paul Cabrol, Jr. of Hazelhurst, GA; daughter, Stephanie Weeks of Tupelo, MS; brother, Russell Cabrol of Drew, MS; sisters, Sophie Dearman of Huntsville, AL, Kay Riddell of Drew, MS, and Peggy Tomjack of Reeding, CA; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Lake Clem, Jerry Mitchell, Joseph Mitchell, Dan Roach, Chris Spence, and Adam Dearman, Honorary pallbearers will be Bo Myers and Tommy Richard.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church Building Fund, 215 Bishop Rd., Cleveland, MS 38732.
