He is survived by his father, Charles Phillips, Sr. of Greenwood, MS; mother, Shirley Morgan of Gore Springs, MS; two daughters, Pam Roxberg of El Dorado, AR, and Kristy Cole of Bastrop, LA; seven sisters, Tammy Leverett of Grenada, MS, Tina Phillips of Carrollton, MS, Alma Phillips of Holcomb, MS, Rose Phillips of Carrollton, MS, April Phillips of PA, Tonya Phillips of Batesville, MS, and Linda Phillips of Carrollton, MS; and a brother, Charles Ray Phillips of New Albany, MS.
