In Loving Memory of Bobbie Jean Gill

Bobbie Jean Gill, 84, a longtime resident of Greenwood, Mississippi, passed away peacefully in Memphis, Tennessee, on July 17, 2025, in the early morning hours. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 22, 2025, in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Greenwood.

She is remembered by those who knew her for her gentle spirit and quiet strength. Bobbie touched the lives of many throughout her years in Greenwood. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Star, and a son, Larry.

She is survived by her son, Steve (Marianne) Tayala; grandson, Matthias Tayala; granddaughter, Kirsten Coonce; and great grandchildren, Deklan, Remi, Berkley, Oakley, and Tatum.
