Services for Audrey Jeanette Meredith Kelly will be held Friday, January 7, 2022 2:00 PM at Williams and Lord Funeral Home in Ruleville, MS.

Ms. Kelly, age 72, died on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Ruleville Nursing & Rehabilitation.

She was born on February 25, 1949 in Greenwood, MS, to the late Aubrey and Evelyn Quarles Meredith, was a care taker, and lived in Ruleville. She is preceded in death by her son, Rex Kelly. She was a loving mother, Memaw, sister and friend, and Jeanette loved making people laugh. She was well known to all the kids as "Memaw" and was truly one of a kind. Listening to Jeanette's stories could keep you entertained for hours. She loved putting a smile on your face was and was an inspiration to us all.

She is survived by her two daughters, Suzanne (Keith) Salters of Brandon, MS, and Erica (Paul) Feldman of Louisville, NC, sisters, Jane (Dan) Stephen of Millington, TN, and Madelene Meredith of Minter City, MS, nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 12:00 PM to2:00 PM at Williams & Lord Funeral Home in Ruleville. Rev. Sara Miller will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Brandon Peacock, Rex Kelly, Paul Feldman, Keith Salters, Ryan Salters, and Reed Salters.
